Position Overview
As a Board Member, you will play a critical role in shaping a mission-driven organization from the ground up, helping to build a strong foundation that creates lasting impact for women in substance use disorder (SUD) recovery. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a startup nonprofit at a pivotal stage of growth and development.
We are specifically seeking individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas: startup nonprofit development, financial oversight, and fundraising strategy. Board members will provide strategic governance, ensure financial accountability, and actively support resource development efforts, including donor engagement and fundraising initiatives. Serving as an ambassador for Hope Grove in the community is an essential part of this role.
Ideal candidates bring a combination of professional expertise and a deep commitment to our mission. Experience in nonprofit startups, finance, or fundraising is strongly preferred, as we build the infrastructure and sustainability needed for long-term success. All board members are expected to actively contribute their skills, networks, and leadership to advance Hope Grove’s mission and growth.
