Overview of Organization
The Springfield Area Parent Child Center (SAPCC) builds bridges of support for children, families and caregivers. SAPCC is one of fifteen independently-run Parent Child Centers in Vermont that make up the Vermont Parent Child Center Network (VPCCN). SAPCC serves thousands of families in southern Windsor and northern Windham counties each year through our wide variety of wrap-around programs and services. We are proud to serve the following towns and villages:

Position Overview
We are actively seeking new members – please consider applying today if you live within our service area (Southern Windsor County and Northern Windham County). First-time board member candidates are welcome. Orientation and training will be provided. We have openings for general board members for 3-year terms that begin in June 2026, and we are also looking to onboard new members sooner with expertise in the following areas: Financial Management, Accounting / IRS Form 990, Strategic Planning, Legislative Expertise, Legal Compliance, Fundraising and Development, Human Resources, Marketing, and Advocacy.
