Over the course of the training, we’ll work with board & staff members to increase their comfort and skill in fundraising. In this hands-on and engaging workshop, board & staff members will learn a variety of tips and tricks that reduce fundraising fear and discomfort and increase board involvement and effectiveness in fundraising. We’ll cover:
- Why people give: The psychology of fundraising
- Cycle of fundraising model
- Developing your message
- Making the ask
- Identifying prospects
