About Trainer:

Amanda Silver is a leadership development consultant, trainer, and executive coach with over 20 years of experience in developing the effectiveness of leaders and organizations. She is passionate about creating the conditions that allow individuals, teams and organizations to thrive. Amanda’s unique heart and mind approach draws on expertise in mindfulness, emotional-intelligence, and strength based mindsets.

Amanda has worked with dozens of organizations and hundreds of leaders throughout the country. Clients include higher education institutions, public school districts, social service agencies, advocacy organizations, faith-based institutions and entrepreneurs. She holds an M.S in Positive Organizational Development and a Certificate in Coaching for Emotional Intelligence from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
