Session 1: GET ORGANIZED—STRATEGIZE: Simplify the storytelling process and elevate your communications by learning how to gather all elements into one place. In this lab we will share tools to help you stay organized such as: communications plans, media releases, style guide (language, colors, fonts), social media guidelines, and a yearly calendar for all your multi-channel communications needs.

Session 2: MAKE TIME FOR STORY–HOW TO MOVE PLAN TO REALITY: Learn how to use storytelling + organizational skills to elevate and celebrate your mission. In this workshop, you will create a storytelling campaign from beginning to end. Building on the skills you learned in the morning session, or on your own already-existing skills, you will develop a plan for a public-facing campaign that helps you share your nonprofit’s mission and inspire others. From creating internal collateral materials to understanding your external tactics, this workshop is your number-one stop for comingling storytelling with organizational realties and deadlines.
