The Women’s Leadership Incubator is an intensive 12-week professional development program designed to support women in social change leadership to become more effective leaders for themselves, their teams, and their communities. Equal parts coaching, training, and mastermind – the program is limited to 6-10 women in positions of leadership and influence to ensure a hands-on, personal experience.
Participants define 1-2 individual leadership goals to focus on over the course of the program and gain the coaching, support, and accountability they need to advance those goals. Over 12 weeks, you will:
- Set breakthrough leadership goals and advance them
- Deepen your coaching skills
- Increase your impact and self-confidence in leading your team
- Expand your leadership tool kit
- Build your network of inspiring, brilliant women making a difference

Facilitator Bio
Amanda is a leadership development consultant, trainer and executive coach with over 20 years of experience in developing the effectiveness of non-profit leaders and organizations. A longtime trainer with the VT Non-profit Management Certificate Program and the Hillel U Kaplan Leadership Program, she is passionate about creating the conditions that allow individuals, teams, and organizations to thrive. Amanda’s unique heart and mind approach draws on expertise in mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and strength-based mindsets. Amanda has coached hundreds of women leading social change organizations, small businesses, higher education, social service agencies, advocacy organizations, philanthropic institutions, and faith-based organizations.
Amanda holds an M.S. in Positive Organizational Development and a Certificate in Coaching for Emotional Intelligence from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She is a mentor on the Racial Justice from the Heart team and a graduate of the Institute for Non-Profits DEIB for Consultants Program.
