Breakout Sessions
Based on feedback from previous convenings, we’ve redesigned the breakouts to balance facilitated discussions with more structured learning opportunities. Choose from a variety of breakout sessions designed to cater to both beginner and experienced consultants across a variety of specialties. Peer facilitators will share their expertise through case studies, lessons learned, and discussions.
Here are just a few of the breakout session topics that will be covered at the event:
- Bookkeeping/Forecasting: Learn the basics of bookkeeping and forecasting to manage finances effectively and set your consulting business up for success.
- Supporting Organizations to Respond to Federal Actions: Gain insight into how to help organizations navigate the current federal funding landscape and develop contingency plans for unforeseen challenges.
- Marketing Your Services: Practical strategies to effectively market your consulting services and stand out in a competitive market.
- Consulting Skills of the Future: Explore the evolving role of consultants with a focus on AI, leadership trends, hybrid work environments, and the future of organizational structures.
These are just sample topics – there will be many more sessions to choose from to suit a variety of interests and experience levels.
Don’t miss out on this chance to learn, discuss, and connect with other professionals in the field. We look forward to seeing you there!
