All that you need to be a higher performing board.
Take your board from good to great with MNA’s board clinic series. A few best practices separate high performing boards from the just okay boards.
This clinic series will walk through proven tools to help board performance and cohesion, providing active work time in each session for you to put the tools into practice at your own organization, make a plan for proposal and adoption, and leave with a board ready to bring it’s best self to the mission at hand.
Register at least two organizational leaders to attend this series, and decide which clinics you want to attend live when registering, with the option to attend them all. You’ll receive access to resources for all five sessions.
Live clinics will include brief context setting then time spent working on adapting the tool for your team, with Q&A, review, and feedback, so you leave ready to propose or implement.
Because we believe that teams learn better together, when you purchase online learning in 2025, your whole team gets access to the course, it’s content, and the recordings. Bring along your best work buddy, your new volunteers, your board chair, or the whole crew!
