Howard Center presents its sixth annual conference Breaking Barriers: Finding Purpose and Possibilities Together.

Returning in-person since 2019, the conference is bringing together attendees from across the United States and Canada, including mental health and healthcare providers, educators, clients, and families, representatives of state and local government, law enforcement, the judiciary, and the general public. This year’s event features five renowned international speakers, including Drs. Nadine Burke Harris, Dacher Keltner, BJ Miller, Jeffrey Swanson, and Anna Malaika Tubbs.

The conference attendees will be welcomed by Miro Weinberger, Mayor of Burlington, Vermont and will be hosted by Howard Center’s new Chief Client Services Officer Beth Holden, MS, LCMHC, LADC and moderated by Dr. Jude Smith Rachele of Howard Center and international consulting firm Abundant Sun.

April 19, 2023 from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm in-person at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Burlington. A virtual livestream option is available. CEUs will be available.
