Josi Braithwaite grew up creating campaigns to promote my many imaginary businesses and then school events. Once at college, she realized she’d been unintentionally creating successful marketing and public relations campaigns. With this foundation, she discovered an innate love for PR and the art of spreading messages.

Josi loves social media for the intimate and personal way it allows organizations to connect with audience members one-on-one. She believes it’s a powerful tool and she strives to help individuals and organizational leaders harness that power for good.

After almost two years at a PR agency, Josi realized social media was her zone of genius as it combines all the things she loves: critical thinking, strategy, simple graphic design and copywriting. Her expertise comes from a degree in Public Relations from George Mason University, four years of experience in social media management and dozens of satisfied clients.

Josi started her company, Branch Out Social, to be a force for positive change and help impact organizations better the world.
