Common Good Vermont is pleased to share this event hosted by Page Consulting LLC.

For small nonprofits, grants work often becomes reactive, inconsistent, and hard to sustain over time. In this free workshop, Sonya Page will share a practical approach to building simple systems that support stronger grant work while also helping your organization maintain a clear grants strategy and build relationships with funders over time. We’ll cover how to track prospects, deadlines, reports, outreach, and stewardship, as well as how to create simple planning rhythms, such as regular team check-ins, to review your calendars, assess progress, and make a plan for the month ahead.

In this webinar, you will:

  • Build simpler grants systems
  • Approach funder relationships more strategically
  • Create a practical planning rhythm for your team
  • Stay organized while taking the right next steps
