With the uncertain future of government and philanthropic funding, nonprofit leaders can focus on what is within their control by developing a systematic approach to revenue.
Too often discussions about revenue devolve into the question, “Who do you know that has money?” But developing a revenue strategy to drive real sustainability is actually a more involved and intentional process. This three-part series will guide leaders through the characteristics of sustainable revenue and help identify the right revenue streams for their organizations.
This interactive series will provide a framework for organizations to build more resilient nonprofits using actionable steps and tools.
Following this series, participants will understand:
• The characteristics of a sustainable revenue strategy
• How to build sustainability by aligning revenue streams with the organization’s impact and capacity.
• How the organization’s stakeholders may be able to financially support the organization.
Audience: Nonprofit staff and board leaders from organizations of all sizes
