Join Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility and Paul Frank + Collins to hear about several bills that have been introduced in the Vermont House that could fundamentally alter employment law in Vermont.  H. 320 would prohibit restrictions on future employment in agreements to settle claims under Vermont’s Fair Employment Practices Act.  H. 329 would lower the threshold for harassment claims.  H. 667 would impose a range of regulations on restrictive covenants in employment agreements.

Stephen Ellis | Stephen is a member of the Litigation and Employment + Labor teams at Paul Frank + Collins. As Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Vermont Bar Association, Stephen has appointed a subcommittee to study H. 667, and is providing testimony to the House committees in which these bills have been introduced.

Kris Brines | Kristina is a member of the Employment + Labor law team, providing practical and effective advice to businesses and non-profit organizations. Kris is also on the H. 667 subcommittee.

Kerin Stackpole | Kerin leads the Employment + Labor Law Group and provides practical and proactive advice to senior leaders and management teams regarding a wide range of labor and employment issues. Kerin has also been invited to provide testimony on H. 320 and H. 329.
