The program prioritizes projects in state designated downtowns and village centers, highway corridors, public transit stops, major tourist destinations, colleges and universities, hospitals, public park-and-rides, workplaces, and multi-unit housing. Governments, businesses, individuals, nonprofits, homeowner associations, electric utilities, and equipment providers are eligible to apply. Grant applications are due November 30.
