Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) is releasing grant awards to community organizations that address substance misuse through their work. This can be through addressing Social Determinants of Health or building protective factors for a healthy environment.
MAHHC is currently requesting proposals:
Community agencies that impact populations across Vermont’s Windsor and Orange counties may apply for funds to build infrastructure and capacity or plan and implement strategies to decrease the initiation or general misuse of any substance by any age group.
Funding provided by the VT Department of Health, Prevention Network Grant.
