The Addison County Economic Development Corporation, which has provided economic development services in Addison County, Vermont, since 1991, is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial leader to serve as Executive Director.
The ACEDC Executive Director oversees business retention, expansion, and recruitment, efforts to grow and retain employment, increase the tax base, and enhance economic vitality in the region. The Executive Director manages ACEDC staff and works with the Board of Directors to advance regional and organizational economic and community development goals. Key duties include regional economic and organizational strategic planning, business development and support, fiscal and budget management, grants management, administering business lending programs, and maintaining partnerships with key local, regional, state, and federal stakeholders. The Director reports to the ACEDC Board of Directors.
