Director

Bonnyvale Environmental Education Center seeks an energetic director to join our team who is passionate about BEEC’s mission. BEEC’s programs foster an ecologically informed and active citizenry through exploration, education, and stewardship experiences, inspiring love of the natural world, and motivation to care for its many inhabitants. BEEC consists of a small group of devoted staff, board members, and volunteers, and we seek a Director who facilitates collaborative decision-making and values shared leadership to move forward the organization’s mission.

The ideal candidate is experienced in the management of non-profit organizations and has a proven track record in leading through change and leveraging community resources to achieve results. The primary responsibility of the director for the next two or three years is the identification of new funding sources and the execution of a successful capital campaign.
