Capstone Community Action (Capstone) is launching a search for a new Executive Director (E.D.) to lead the organization with overall strategic and operational responsibility. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will oversee the organization’s mission-driven programs, staff, and business affairs while fostering community impact and growth. They will also advance the organization’s commitment to improving the lives of Vermonters in need by providing opportunities, education, and vital assistance.
