Fundraising and Development Specialist

Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT, is looking for a Fundraising and Development Specialist to join the team! The Specialist will assist with fund raising projects, events, and priorities that result in funds being raised to support the mission of the organization. In addition, they will contribute to all matters related to planning, implementation, and support of the development plan, including evaluating fund-raising programs, functions, and donor recognition activities, and modifying as needed for greater effectiveness. The Specialist defines specific donor cultivation and solicitation strategies, including identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and closing gifts. The Specialist engages the President, the Board of Trustees, the Foundation Committee, Senior Leadership, Physicians, and Employees in cultivating donor relationships.
