About Us:
For over 33 years, In-Sight Photography Project has empowered youth (ages 11-18) to find their creative voices through photography and the arts. Our mission is to create opportunities for youth to learn and use the photographic arts as a technical and expressive medium fostering personal development and cultural engagement.

About the Role:
As our Administration & Development Director, you will co-lead the organization alongside the Program Director and report to the Board of Directors. Your role is crucial in ensuring the financial health, operational success, and community presence of In-Sight’s programs.

You’ll be responsible for:
âś… Overseeing day-to-day operations and financial sustainability
âś… Managing donor relations and fundraising efforts, including grant writing
âś… Developing and maintaining partnerships within the Brattleboro community and beyond
âś… Handling administrative tasks such as budgeting, bookkeeping, and HR oversight
âś… Being a passionate advocate for youth arts education and our mission

Position Details, Compensation, and Benefits:
✨ Full-time, salaried role with a flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends for pre-scheduled events.
✨ Hybrid work option – primarily based at our Brattleboro location (183 Main Street), with 25% remote work flexibility.
✨ Work in a dynamic arts environment, including a classroom, darkroom, and digital lab. (Must be comfortable with darkroom-related chemicals and smells.)
✨ Salary: $50,000/year to start.
✨ Comprehensive Benefits Package:
