King Street Center is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to lead our human resources and administrative operations. If you’re passionate about fostering a people-first, inclusive workplace, and excel in ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (75%): Oversee employee records, serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries, manage HR documentation, coordinate hiring processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Support employee onboarding/offboarding and facilitate required trainings and certifications.
Administration (25%): Manage internal communications, calendar scheduling, document handling, and assist with financial audits. Organize staff activities and maintain office supplies.
What You Bring:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HRIS/payroll systems.
– Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
– Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
