The Lamoille Family Center is requesting proposals from individuals or companies to provide front-line IT support and training. We are seeking a proposal for responding to requests for support and repair from LFC staff (approx. 30) in the areas of: setting up workstations and laptops with user name, domain connections, printing, initial software installation and email setup; disconnecting workstations, emails, etc at employee’s exit; trouble-shooting and resolving hardware and software problems at the user level; advising and training on malware, hacking, spamming; and maintaining an inventory of technology hardware. Your services would be billed monthly to LFC. Other responsibilities and requirements for the proposal will be outlined after initial contact is made.
