Orleans Southwest is looking for a dynamic leader for its After School and Summer Programs at multiple schools
Job Overview: Oversight of all programmatic and budgetary aspects of After School REACH! with a primary focus on developing concrete strategies for the long-term sustainability of out-of-school-time programs.
Supervise all aspects of grant management, including ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state guidelines and reporting requirements
Facilitate the development of a site sustainability plan at each site in collaboration with the building principal, guidance counselors, classroom teachers, and other school day staff at each OSSU school.
Garner and broker existing resources appropriate for out-of-school-time programs including private foundations and state, federal, and local government funding sources.
Foster collaboration with additional partners as appropriate.
Facilitate and integrate program evaluation initiatives across the OSSU.
Orchestrate public relations efforts across the OSSU.
Manage coordination between sites and ensure effective communication with all project participants.
Coordinate professional development opportunities for all REACH! staff members.
Serve as primary liaison to the OSSU Board.
