Executive Director

Prevent Child Abuse Vermont is seeking candidates for the position of Executive Director. Qualified candidates will have experience in child abuse prevention, human services, practice and research, leadership skills, organizational planning, staff recruitment and supervision, working with a board of directors, collaborating/partnering with local, statewide and national organizations, legislative advocacy, program marketing, and development. Applicants must have a minimum Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Human Services or a related field (PhD preferred) or work experience equivalent. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Starting Salary $90,000.
