Senior Solutions is a non-profit agency on aging that focuses on assuring every person will age in the place of their choice, with the support they need and the opportunity for meaningful relationships and active engagement in their community.

We are looking for a Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day management of services, State contracts, and work closely with community partners.  Responsibilities include the oversight and management of programs such as the HelpLine, case management, caregiver services, State Health Insurance Program, data management, and information technology, that offer support to seniors.  The Director of Operations will be a member of the leadership team that sets the strategic direction of the agency.

The ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred, in management, public health or human services combined with at least 5 years of supervisory, administrative and management experience including program development and implementation, staffing, and budgeting.  Strong organizational, communication and computer skills required. We serve a wide area of southeastern Vermont from White River Junction to Brattleboro.  This position is located in Springfield, VT.  Some travel within Vermont will be required.
