The Associate Director of Major Gifts Stewardship will help maximize major and principal gift donations to the University of Vermont (UVM) through a body of work that supports the four pillars of donor stewardship (acknowledgment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement) with the intention of advancing contributors’ positions along the donor commitment continuum and increasing their levels of philanthropic participation over time. Particular focus will be placed on supporting the ongoing fundraising success of major gift officers.
