Finance Manager and Operational Controller

The Finance Manager and Operational Controller serves as the finance liaison to the Supporting Organizations (SO) of the Vermont Community Foundation, provides oversight of the budget preparation, provides financial analysis, and serves as a thought partner.

We are looking for candidates who have a strong customer focus as well as a broad understanding of Vermont’s nonprofit needs. In addition to a degree in accounting, applicants should have at least 7 years of progressive experience in the accounting field, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
