Operations Support Specialist (Barre Office)

The Vermont Foodbank seeks a self-motivated, energetic Operations Support Specialist. This full time salaried position reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor here at the Vermont Foodbank. The primary components of this position include supporting the Vermont Foodbank’s Network Partners with the online ordering system including troubleshooting account issues, changes to monthly orders, addressing mis-picked orders, etc.  The position will also alert agencies of product availability, specifically around fresh produce.  This position will work closely with the Inventory Control Coordinator and the Warehouse Supervisor to provide accurate information regarding inventory.  This position will also work in collaboration with the Community Impact Department, specifically the Network Relations Manager, to ensure a positive agency experience. A significant portion of this position’s workload will be handled on site at the facility. This position may offer some nights and weekends, with the ability to be able to travel if needed. Inventory Control Coordinator

The Vermont Foodbank seeks a self-motivated, energetic Inventory Control Coordinator. This full time hourly position reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor here at the Vermont Foodbank. The primary components of this position include working collaboratively with both the Rutland and Brattleboro distribution centers to create a timeline and schedule for incoming deliveries and product.  This position is also responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory system, including reporting.  This position works closely with the Community Impact Department, Food Resources Team, and the Warehouse Supervisor..
