As Director of Marketing, you will be an integral part of our community, helping share the unique story of Wake Robin with prospective residents. You’ll work closely with our dedicated team and engage with residents, ensuring they feel right at home while benefiting from our exceptional Residential Care and Skilled & Long-Term Care services. Our focus on quality of life creates an environment where both residents and staff thrive.
In this role, you will create and execute effective marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals, while also managing public relations and communications efforts for the organization. We are looking for a leader who is driven, creative, and eager to contribute to the ongoing success of Wake Robin, while building relationships with both current residents and future members of our community.
Reporting to the President/CEO, the Director of Marketing is a collaborative member of the senior leadership team. The Director provides overall leadership and direction for managing the relationship continuum that attracts prospective residents and supports them as they become members of the Wake Robin Community.
The Director supervises a staff of 5 and is responsible for creating and implementing marketing and PR strategies that generate broad interest in Wake Robin and result in prospective residents moving to Wake Robin.

Education and Experience:
Candidates will have at least 5-years’ experience in a leadership role in a field related to marketing and/or development, with demonstrated skills in long term relationship cultivation, community building, and familiarity with senior living. This position is highly visible and accessible to members of this resident-centered community. Our candidate will have a commitment to customer service, comfort with public speaking, and a love for highly engaged problem-solving.
