2024 Wage & Benefits Survey of Northern New England – Participate NOW!
Produced in partnership with the Maine Association of Nonprofits and the New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits, the 2024 Report provides Vermont’s nonprofit board and staff leaders with salary and benefits benchmarks on 39 full and part-time positions with which to analyze organizational offerings. The Vermont Edition analyzed data collected from Vermont nonprofit organizations of varying sizes, representing every sub-sector and twelve of the state’s fourteen counties.
