We invite you to participate in the work of improving the skills, knowledge and sustainability of Vermont’s mission-driven sector. You can get involved in a number of ways:
- Build Your Skills – Sign up for Common Good Vermont’s training and networking events–and those of our training partners.
- Advocate – Inevitably, there are are legislative and policy issues that affect the sector’s ability to thrive. You can keep up with the pressing issues by browsing through our Advocacy section and by subscribing our the weekly newsletters: Vermont Nonprofit News, Vermont Legislative Digest and Leadership Vermont Quarterly.
- Volunteer to Host a Networking Event – Our most popular and powerful events are networking mixers and luncheons held across Vermont. If you’d like to co-host a networking for particular groups (e.g., executive directors, board members, development directors) or on a special topic (e.g., leadership, strategic planning) please let us know. Send us a quick email at Coordinator@CommonGoodVT.org and we’ll get organizing!
- Contribute to the Cause – We depend on funding from local foundations and companies and we absolutely welcome your organizational or personal contribution to our work. We run these contributions through our mothership, CCTV Center for Media & Democracy.
