Common Good Vermont’s Jobs page is a resource for Vermont nonprofits and mission-driven organizations (including 501(c)3 organizations, B-Corps and L3Cs). This is a free service for Vermont nonprofits and paid positions only. The job posting site is a resource for organizations serving and working in the state of Vermont.
To post a position on our site, submit below. New submissions are reviewed WEEKLY and manually posted by a CGVT staff member upon approval. If you do not see the submission on the jobs board AFTER 7 BUSINESS DAYS please email CGVT at [email protected] to inquire status.
- Please limit posting to 2-3 positions per month. Postings are deleted at the poster’s request or after 30 days. If you need to submit more than 3 positions at one time please combine the positions in one submission.
- As of July 1, 2024, Common Good Vermont requires job postings to include compensation or compensation range for the position. We will not post submissions unless this information is provided (even though the form says it is optional).
- Please note that as of July 1, 2025, per Vermont law, all employers are required to disclose compensation in job advertisements.
- Review posting for accuracy before submitting. Double check that the location and organization email has been included. Should a change be needed, email Common Good Vermont to notify and delete the original posting. The organization must resubmit the post after contacting CGVT about the original post error.
- Independent contractor, internships and volunteer positions will not be posted

We encourage all 501(c)(3), (4), (5), and (6) organizations to participate and ask nonprofit-serving organizations and businesses to assist in expanding the reach of the survey. The more participation we have across regions, revenue sizes, and missions, the more meaningful the data and report will be. Plus, participants receive the $250 report for free!
