Orange County Parent Child Center
Overview of Organization
Orange County Parent Child Center (OCPCC) is one of Vermont’s Parent Child Centers (PCCs), a network of 15 community-based non-profit organizations that serve all areas of our state. PCCs not only provide critical services – they also partner with other service providers to ensure that services are coordinated and effective and that families have access to all the programs they need. The Parent Child Centers serve as a home base for Vermont families who need support.
Our mission is to help families and children thrive and build a sense of belonging within their communities by connecting them to education, support, advocacy, and wellness opportunities. At the heart of our Meadowlands campus in Tunbridge is a full-service, year-round, early care and education center for children from 6-weeks to age 5, which is licensed for 59 children. In 2026, we opened our Woodlands campus in Randolph, currently licensed for 44 children.
