Westgate Housing Inc. represents the residents of the Westgate community in West Brattleboro. We are a nationally unique organization that allows residents of the 98 unit community to have a voice in how their community decisions and policies are made, overseen and implemented.

Position Overview
Westgate Housing Inc. (WHI) is searching for several community-at-large members, to join other resident board members on the WHI Board of Directors. Community-at-large members are critical to our community needs, as they present a non-resident viewpoint on community issues, and also provide an outside perspective on our community as a whole. The board makes critical decisions regarding the Westgate community, and has the ability to negotiate with the contracted property management company, allowing residents and non-residents a unique opportunity to guide and manage how the community is operated, policy creation and management, capital repair decisions, and general community programming.
