Nina Bhatia, Principal
Nina led a reinvention of performance management systems at the National Math and Science Initiative for 100 staff members.
She holds a Master’s degree in Education from Southern Methodist University and Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas at Austin.
Travonnie Mackey, Associate Partner
As an HR Business Partner, and former Director of Learning & Development, she overhauled the performance management system, built a coaching and training model and oversaw the the organization’s effort to commit to anti-racism.
She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia State and Bachelor’s degree from Howard University.
