Join Edgility Consulting for an Equity in Hiring training where we will walk you through better understanding and mitigating biases in the hiring process. Edgility will share research on biases, how they show up in hiring processes, and how to actively mitigate them. We will also share some scenarios to identify and mitigate biases.
Meet the Presenters:
Having worked in the public and private sectors, Angelica brings experience in the talent life cycle, from recruitment to development to retention; instructional coaching; and regional and team leadership.
She holds a MS in Teaching/TESOL Program from Fordham University and a BA in Political Studies and Latin American & Iberian Studies from Bard College.
Ron Rapatalo, Associate Partner
Before joining Edgility, Ron had his own executive search practice, recruiting and selecting hundreds of candidates to become education and nonprofit leaders.
Ron worked at New Leaders for seven years and was promoted four times to eventually lead the design and implementation of the Aspiring Principals Program admissions process nationally.
