Common Good Vermont hosts a roundtable for executive directors of organizations that are members. The content of these calls will be determined in advance by participants. The roundtable is for information sharing and peer consultation. Topics could include mergers, personnel concerns including recruitment, revenue models, and health insurance, as well as developing a response to federal funding and policy directives. Participants may agree to invite an external resource person to join for a particular topic.
These will be bi-monthly one-hour meetings on Zoom on third Thursdays from 2-3 pm.
