Join us for a (free) panel discussion facilitated by Common Good Vermont to talk about how to empower nonprofits for a resilient future by navigating challenges and embracing opportunities!

This session will include a panel of nonprofit leaders who will provide their insight into sector threats and opportunities.

Topics may include:

  • Vermont’s aging demographics and the impact on fundraising and volunteerism;
  • Truth and fiction regarding public safety;
  • Staff recruitment and retention;
  • Increased attention of how and when we provide services to protect the most vulnerable;
  • New capacity coming from pandemic investments and now the aftermath.

This session is a part of ongoing conversations about how funders, technical assistance provider, trainers, and consultants can respond to the changing landscape in which mission-driven organizations operate.
