The beginning of a new year comes with a sense of excitement and new beginnings. However, it can also arrive with a sense of the unknown about what lies ahead. After another COVID-impacted year bringing the Great Resignation, quiet quitting, pay transparency and more, this is especially the case for employers, managers, and human resources professionals.
If you employ people, manage them and/or work to attract and retain talent, we invite you to join VBSR and The Richards Group as we help prepare you for the year ahead.
In this session we will discuss legal structures, compliance requirements, employee benefits, hiring practices, COVID-19 changes, and emerging trends that will impact your work culture and associate wellbeing.
VBSR believes all people deserve work with dignity, purpose, and a pathway to advance their wellbeing. Centering people in work culture, practices, and policies creates economic mobility, employee empowerment, and thriving families and communities.
