University of Vermont Medical Center seeks to address the top community health priorities by investing in local organizations. Applicants for funding must be non-profit, municipal, or other government organizations. Projects must primarily support community members in UVM Medical Center’s Health Service Area (Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties).

- Building Community Connectedness: Events, Activities and Spaces for Interpersonal connections
- Engaging on Mental Health: Youth and Adult Mental Health including Substance Use Disorder
- Increasing Healthcare Access: Wait Times, Specialists, Hours of Operation, Health Services Locations
Important Dates
- Application Opens: Monday, October 20th
- Applications reviewed monthly on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted
- Typical awards range from $2,500 – $25,000
