Addison Housing Works is Hiring a Director of Operations and a Development Director!

The new Director of Operations will help strengthen the systems, processes, and coordination that supports the mission of providing affordable housing in Addison County. As a member of the Leadership Team, the role will lead cross-departmental initiatives, improve workflows and accountability, strengthen program performance, and oversee shared administrative systems for a growing staff of 25-30. AHW is looking for a solutions-oriented leader who enjoys leading change and helping people succeed. This position is full-time exempt, based in Addison County with some hybrid remote work possible. Salary range $85,000-$100,000. EOE.

The Development Director will lead our fundraising and communications efforts. Key responsibilities include cultivating major gifts, building donor relationships, managing annual giving campaigns, overseeing grant development, and guiding organizational communications. AHW is looking for someone who enjoys connecting people with a mission, telling compelling stories, and building lasting relationships. This position is full-time exempt, based in Addison County with some hybrid remote work possible and a salary range of $70,000–$75,000. EOE.
