Provide 1-to-1 support to help individuals reach their goals in a variety of settings. DSPs acts as a front-line supporter to implement community-based inclusion and services for individuals Green Mountain Support Services (GMSS) serves. The scope of the DSP’s job functions encompasses all aspects of successfully implementing individualized, community-based service plans in ways that maximize the independence and esteem of participants served by GMSS.
