Youth Shelter Coordinator

We’re looking for a Youth Shelter Coordinator to lead our St. Albans Youth Shelter. You’ll guide and support a dedicated team of Youth Coaches, oversee daily shelter operations, and help create a place where young people know they have someone to turn to.

This is a full-time nonexempt position with a base wage of $29.33 per hour and shift differentials apply based hours worked. This position will require some evening and weekend hours in order to provide direct supervision to the staff working in our shelter. The schedule of hours has some flexibility and can be negotiated through the interview process.
