Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator

Vermont Adaptive is hiring for a Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator. This person will build and sustain a skilled, reliable and engaged volunteer community that supports Vermont Adaptive’s statewide programs and growth; and manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, retention, recognition, communications, records and evaluation, and represent the organization through community outreach.

This highly visible role requires knowing volunteers personally through regular attendance at programs, trainings, events and through individual communication. Technology supports this work but does not replace relationships!
