We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and experienced professional to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Office Coordinator for our Montpelier office.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

All aspects of Human resources including recruitment and on boarding for new employees, benefits management, processing bi-weekly payroll including all system maintenance for employees.  Maintaining personnel/HIPPA folders.

All aspects of Accounts Payable: enter invoices, process checks, manage the company credit card usage, assist CFO with anything needed to include the annual audit

Oversee general office functions including incoming and outgoing mail,  ordering office supplies answering phones and facility maintenance.

Supervises receptionist team

QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years related office experience desirable.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and experienced in other related software programs. Ability to be organized, multi-task and prioritize.

Based in the Montpelier office, this 37.50 hour a week position offers a generous benefit package including yearly time off: 15.5 holidays, 10 vacation days (once accrued and increases with years of service), 10 sick days and 3 personal days. VCIL insurance benefits includes health, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD as well as an HRA account of $750 annually and occasional 403b contributions when voted by the VCIL Board of Directors.
