The 2022 Vermont Edition provides Vermont’s nonprofit professionals with salary and benefits benchmarks for 32 full and part-time positions from 141 Vermont nonprofits and 639 Northern New England nonprofits who contributed to the report’s data. This year’s report includes new data on equitable hiring practices, workforce demographics, short-term changes to our workforce, and shifts in remote work that will help organizations plan strategically for the future. While open to any 501(c) organization, the survey’s respondents were predominantly 501(c)3 public charities. The 2022 Vermont Edition of the digital Report is $125.
