How does your organization share files? Google Workspace recently announced an update to Drive Sharing Permissions, with the intention of increasing online security. This change means that you can no longer have a document with permissions different from the folder that it’s in. For some nonprofits that depend heavily on Google’s file-sharing services, this is causing a lot of disruption.
