The SHRM Vermont State Council is now accepting nominations for the Dolly Shaw Human Resources Professional of the Year and the Emerging HR Professional of the Year awards. These annual honors recognize outstanding HR professionals who have made meaningful contributions to their organizations and the field, whether through years of strategic leadership or early-career innovation.
Nominees must be SHRM Chapter members. The Dolly Shaw Award is intended for experienced professionals, typically with ten or more years in HR, who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact. The Emerging Professional Award celebrates newer HR professionals with fewer than ten years of experience who have already made a strong and creative impact.
Award recipients will be recognized at the SHRM Vermont State Conference on September 25, 2025, in Burlington.
