Our intern Ayden Carpenter caught up with Dr. Melissa (Mel) Houser, executive director and founder of All Brains Belong VT, a newly formed organization based in Montpelier that celebrates neurodiversity and provides healthcare, education, and community connection. In the interview, they talk about the challenges of starting a nonprofit from scratch, neurodiversity & inclusive design, and a lot of the things that have made All Brains Belong successful. Of course, they also talk about the amazing work Mel is doing and how it impacts the state we call home.
