Nonprofit Collaborative Survey

From Sarah Henshaw, Leaves of Change VT

As we enter a darker time with reductions in funding, ability to do our critical work, and high levels of uncertainty, I truly believe we will only be as strong and resilient as our community. Part of building resiliency and strength is our ability to come together constructively, with purpose, compassionately, and collaboratively.

As you know, VT has one of the largest number of nonprofits – and an equally high number of collaborative structures and groups. We don’t have a library or database with all of the collaborative structures, yet there is a rich number of good practices we can learn and build from right now.

That’s why Leaves of Change VT (LOCVT) put together the following survey of collaboratives in VT and are working with Common Good VT and UVM to document and learn. LOCVT is soliciting any nonprofit collaborative structure (association, membership organization, umbrella organization, collaborative body, etc) to fill out a SHORT survey.

The survey should take under 15 minutes. You will get a copy of the 1-2 page summary of learnings from the survey and will receive invitations to free trainings on collaboratives in the end of 2025 if you fill out the survey.

I know the times are tough and you don’t have much time or energy. I appreciate you taking a moment to document a bit about your work so we can learn and grow strong and resilient together.
